Within 15 days of receiving your product, please email rma@liveoaksupply.com with your return request. Be sure to include the order number and items to be returned, as well as your contact information.
Products must be in original packaging and will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and shipping will be at your expense - we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
