HydroStripâ„¢ Liquid Butyl Primer is for use with mastic non-hydrophilic applications. It is a brush on application and may be used on concrete or metal surfaces. It is a solvent-based surface primer used for concrete surface preparation coating and installation aid for bonding preformed sealants. It can be applied in advance of product installation.
