5/16in - 3/8in Ratchet Load Binder

For use with 5/16" or 3/8" Grade 70 transport chain. The handle is 13 1/2" long and hook to hook length is 22 1/2" when closed.

Ratcheting chain load binders are heat treated and proof tested with forged heat treated hooks. These load binders are HD Commercial Grade Chain Binders.
